1. Operator

2. The website and the DealerBrain service

The website presents the DealerBrain platform. It does not itself constitute an offer. Use of the DealerBrain service is governed by a separate written agreement between LogiNet and the client, including our data processing agreement.

3. Demonstrations and example data

The interactive demos on this website use a fictional dealer, fictional people, fictional brands and models, and example figures. Any resemblance to real dealers, vehicles or offers is unintended. The demos run on prepared example conversations and do not show live inventory, prices or availability.

Product features, screenshots and descriptions may change as the platform develops.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it,
• interfere with its operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code,
• collect content or data from it automatically in a way that impairs its operation,
• use the demo forms to send unsolicited or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its texts, design, images, videos and software are protected by copyright and belong to LogiNet or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

DealerBrain is a product of LogiNet. Other names and logos shown, including car brands and the logos of our clients, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to indicate the brands our clients sell and service, or with the client’s permission.

6. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites of third parties. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free of interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of your visit applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. The courts of Budapest have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
